The second missile Elitsa Kostova of Bulgaria qualified for the finals of tennis tournament on hard courts in the Australian city of Bendigo in prize money 25,000 dollars. 20-year Kostova beat Sacha Jones of New Zealand with 3:6, 6:4, 6:4 and in contention for the title will face Hungarian Timea Grandma. The Bulgarian secured 34 points for world rankings and 1666 dollars. With the success Kostova will climb for the first time in his career in the first 220 in the WTA rankings on December 13 and has a chance to earn spot in qualifying for the Australian Open in next January, which would debut in the tournament for the Bulgarian Grand Slam.
