Tsvetana Pironkova dropped out of the tournament in Moscow with prize fund 1000 000 dollars, after falling to 6:4, 6:1 by Dominika Cibulkova in the second round of the competition.
The match started very badly for the Bulgarian tenisitka which allowed two breaks and after only ten minutes a game behind with 0:3 games.
Pironkova was able to equilibrate with 2:3, but eventually lost the set with 6:4. The second set was also quite negative for flowers after the Slovak tenisitka clearly dominated the court and eventually won with 6:1.
Pironkova will add 60 points for rankings, but is expected to fall a few places in world ranking in women.
