Ana Ivanovic won the title of the tennis tournament for women in Linz (Austria) in prize money 220,000 dollars. In the final, seventh seeded Serb beat Patty Schnyder (Switzerland) with 6:1, 6:2. Former world No 1 Ana Ivanovic did not leave any doubt in the superiority and triumph with the first WTA title in two years and nine in his career. The last time Ivanovic won the tournament again in Linz in 2008. Schnyder, who has 11 titles in his career, losing for the third time in the final in Linz after defeats in 2005 and 2007.
