Verstappen has approved the 4th generation of the Formula E car, da Costa said. Formula E driver Antonio Felix da Costa spoke about the reaction of Red Bull Formula 1 driver Max Verstappen to the new, fourth generation of electric cars.
The new cars will be used from the 2026/2027 season. The fourth generation will accelerate to 100 km/h in 1. 8 seconds, and to 200 km/h in 4. 4 seconds – 1. 5 seconds faster than current technology. In racing mode, cars will become 50 percent more powerful.

There`s a cool story: when the third generation was introduced, one of the first messages I received was from Max Verstappen, and he wrote: Not sure about this car. And yesterday, when they showed the new car, Max Verstappen was again one of the first to send a message and say: This is cool.
If the guys from F1 appreciated it, that`s great. I think this is great for the series, ” said the Portuguese.
