Dean Hasen`s suspension remains in effect. The Real Madrid defender received a red card in the 32nd minute of the match with Real Sociedad (2:1) as a result of disrupting the opponent`s counter-attack in the center of the field. The disciplinary committee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) previously rejected Madrid`s first appeal.
In the re-appeal, Madrid cited a report from the referee`s technical committee (CTA), which said a yellow card would have been the appropriate punishment for the player.  
However, this did not help Real Madrid - the RFEF appeal committee upheld the decision to disqualify Hasen. The 20-year-old will therefore miss the game against Espanyol on September 20.
