Girona staged a protest against the La Liga match in Miami. Michel Sanchez`s team plays Barcelona away in the 8th round of La Liga (1:1, second half).  
At the very beginning of the match, the visiting players stood motionless for about 15 seconds - this was a protest against the game between Barcelona and Villarreal being held in Miami. The Blaugrana players had the ball, but did not attack.  
As with the match between Real Oviedo and Espanyol, the players` protest was not broadcast - instead an aerial view of the stadium was shown.
