Adrien Rabiot has again filed a lawsuit against PSG. On Thursday, the ex-Parisian player won a lawsuit, as a result of which PSG was ordered to pay him 1. 3 million euros after renegotiating the terms of previous contracts.
Recall that Rabiot played for PSG from 2012 to 2019. The French midfielder, who now plays for Marseille, was suspended from the Parisians` training and matches in 2018 due to a conflict with management.
Now the Frenchman, along with his mother and agent Veronique, have filed a new lawsuit against the Parisian club.
The reason was the insults and banners directed at them during the match between PSG and Marseille on March 16. Then the Frenchman returned to the Parc des Princes for the first time as a player of a fundamental rival. The banners had the following inscriptions: Passion has no age, fornication is passed on from mother to son, Loyalty for men, betrayal for whores. Like mother, like son.
Mother and son believe that the Parisians have not fulfilled their responsibility to maintain order in the stands. Each of them demands a payment of 15 thousand euros, in addition, they are seeking recognition of PSG`s mistakes in this matter. In their opinion, the sanctions imposed on the club by the disciplinary committee of the French professional league (LFP) in early April - a partial closure of the stands for one match and a fine of 20, 000 euros - are insufficient.
The first hearing in the case is scheduled for November 4, but it may be postponed depending on how the club intends to resolve the matter.
