From a game standpoint, I have a good understanding of what the team needs from me, whether it be three-pointers from the receiving end or improved ball control and post play.
I can influence the game in many ways. On some nights I recruit more than anyone else on the team, on others - less. But I can always help through rebounds, quick transitions to attack or passes.
Coach Finch believes in me as a player. He supported me in difficult moments. It was important to know that he was on my side. The coach was one of the main reasons for my transfer to Minnesota, ” said the 30-year-old basketball player.
When talking about his prospects of making it to the All-Star Game, Randle emphasized that he remains focused on team success: I definitely think it`s possible, but for me it`s all about helping the team win. Ultimately, my goal is to win the championship.
