Vladimir Tarasenko entered the symbolic team of St. Louis in the 21st century. Earlier, the NHL announced the project in which the commission of media representatives, former players and club leaders will choose the best hockey players of each franchise over the past 25 years.
Three attackers, two defenders and one goalkeeper will include the first and second team. Of all who were selected in the first team of their club, fans will be selected by voting 25 people. They will compose the final team of the XXI century.
The symbolic teams of St. Louis were declared. They look as follows:
The first team:
Forwards: Vladimir Tarasenko, Alexander Stien and Kit Tkachak.
Defenders: Alex Pietrangelo, Chris Pringer.
goalkeeper: Jordan Binnington.
Second national team:
Forwards: David Beses, Ryan O’Rayli and David Perron.
Defenders: El Makinnis, Collon Paraiko.
goalkeeper: Brian Elliott.
