Delonte West is back behind bars. The Fairfax County Police Department tells TMZ that former NBA player Delonte West was arrested in Virginia on November 2 and charged with trespassing.
The charges were filed on November 1 following a report that West was refusing to leave a property in Huntington where he was prohibited from entering. The complainant showed the police a video recording that confirmed the story. Shortly thereafter, a warrant was obtained for West`s arrest.
On the evening of November 2, West was found walking near a subway station and was arrested. Bail was set at $1, 000. The former basketball player was released from custody on November 3.
A court hearing will take place in January.
