Beppe Marotta has disapproved of the Milan owner`s comments about Inter. Jerry Cardinale, speaking about the club`s strategy, noted that you need to win wisely: Last year Inter took the Scudetto and then went bankrupt. Is this exactly the paradigm we want?
The Nerazzurri CEO disagreed with the Milan boss.
I didn`t want to talk about this, but now I think I have to answer. His comments crossed all boundaries. They were disrespectful to the prestige and image of the club.
I think Cardinale got a little confused with his words. It is true that our majority shareholders have experienced financial difficulties in recent years, but a few years ago they secured the support of Oaktree, and this company now owns the club.
