The Premier League teams know nothing about FIFA’s plans for the new format of the Club World Cup.

Previously, the President of the International Football Federation, Canni Infantino, said that from 2025, 32 clubs would participate in the Club World Cup.

According to BBC Sport journalist Simon Stone, the Premier League teams have not received official documents regarding changes to the Club World Cup.

At the same time, the clubs expect that the necessary agreements on the new format will be reached before the papers are signed.
