Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund are battling for the Valladolid defender.
According to The Athletic journalist Guillermo Rai, both clubs are interested in Ivan Fresneda and have offered him the same economic conditions. In the near future, the player will have to make a choice in favor of one of the teams.
Fresneda`s transfer will cost future buyers 15 million euros, including bonuses. Valladolid also wants the player to stay for the rest of the season in La Liga on loan back.
