Manchester United have not yet contacted Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos, despite information about the Red Devils` interest in the Spaniard, claims journalist Fabrizio Romano. The 34-year-old veteran`s contract expires in the summer and at this stage he cannot agree with the management for its renewal. That is why many clubs have lined up for his signature. In recent days, there have been reports that Manchester United are already working to attract Ramos to Old Trafford. The club needs to strengthen the defense and an experienced veteran can be of great benefit to them. However, Romano claims that in fact such conversations have not been held with the player or his representatives. The reason for this is the knee injury he received, due to which he will have to undergo surgery. In addition to Manchester United, Ramos is often associated with Paris Saint-Germain. At this stage, however, the player does not seem to have an agreement with any of the listed teams and is still considering his future.
