Sevilla started their participation in the King`s Cup tournament with a resounding success against the fourth division Ciudad de Lucena with 3-0. The goals for the Andalusians were scored by Oscar, Luc De Jong and Joan Jordan before the break. Valladolid was even more convincing during his visit to Cantolagua - 5:0, and Huesca struggled with Marchamalo, but still prevailed with 3:2 after extra time. Rafa Mir scored a hat trick for the La Liga team. Osasuna scored six unanswered goals for Tomares, and Leganes eliminated Ourense after extra time. Tenerife also needed an additional 30 minutes to break Sestao`s resistance. Lugo, Portugalete and Oviedo also qualified for the 1/32 finals.
