Manchester City is ready to offer one or two Napoli players to make a deal to attract defender Calidou Coulibaly, reports `Sun`.
Manager Pep Guardiola wants to attract Senegal captain to the Etihad, but the player`s high transfer fee is an obstacle due to reduced revenues after the crisis with the coronavirus pandemic and the problems of the English club with financial fair play.
Napoli are asking for 100 million euros for Coulibaly, as the president of the Italian club Aurelio de Laurentis recently announced that he will not even consider proposals for less than 70 million euros. That`s why City want to include defenders Nicholas Otamendi and Alexander Zinchenko in the deal, or at least one of the two, to reduce the transfer fee. Napoli have shown interest in such an opportunity.
