In spite of his sensational debut year in MLB, Shohey Otani had an emptiness in his American baseball card. It was only in the last month of the regular season that the Japanese pitcher and lollipop of Los Angeles Angels managed to hit a home run against a left-handed. The 24-year-old rookie made that night at a visit to Texas Rangers, lost by the `angels` by 2:4.
