Juveni Busher has reached an out-of-court settlement in his case against the US Tennis Federation. The Canadian tennis player sought his rights in court after falling into a dressing room in New York during the US Open in 2015.

The parameters of the agreement between the two parties remain secret. After the incident in New York, the 23-year-old Canadian missed all matches by the end of the season. Juveny Busher sought redress in court for physical and emotional suffering. The tennis player is a Wimbledon finalist in 2014.
