English champion Chelsea has made an offer of € 50 million to Italian Roma and a few additional clauses for two of their players, one of the biggest transfer professionals, Canluca di Marzio, reports on his Twitter profile. According to the information, Chelsea is willing to pay that money for One Jack and Emerson Palmieri and give the Roman wolves Mishi Bahchuai for a certain period of time. Roma have generally said they have no problem commenting on the future of these players, but they want 65 million instead of 50 for such a deal.
