The third rocket in the world Simona Halep has admitted he is very surprised by dropping her from Wimbledon in the first round yet. The Romanian lost against Chepelova with a 7:5, 4:6, 3:6.

'To be honest, I didn't have any expectations before the tournament and that's what happened. I knew I was going to be a tough tournament for me, but to lose in the first round I didn't expect. My rival played greatly and fought to the end, and acted aggressively when she could. I have enough strength to move on and to think what do I need to add. Prior to Wimbledon, I had a few unpleasant defeats and I wasn't too sure of myself. In the course of the game it wasn't easy for me, because I felt pressure and wasn't able to deal with it.', said Halep.
