Azarenka beat Serena in the final in Doha

Victoria Azarenka beat Serena Williams with 7:6 (6), 2:6, 6:3 in the final in Doha and also won the trophy for the race.

However, namely Williams will be number one in the world next week. Azarenka is giving up the first place in the world rankings.

This is the second title for Azarenka in Doha after winning the race during the last year. Serena did had won each of her last eight finals, but today ended this tradition.
