The six-times champion and defending his title of the last two years Roger Federer (Switzerland) qualified for the final of this year's last ATP tournament in London with a prize fund 5.5 million dollars.
Second-seeded Federer beat the third representative in the scheme of the hosts Andy Murray with 7:6 (5), 6:2 in 93 minutes.
