In the first match of the tournament in men's tennis Masters 2012 in London the Briton Andy Murray, seeded third in the main event tournament, beat the Czech player Tomas Berdych, No. 5 with 3:6, 6:3 and 6:4.
The Briton Andy Murray started badly the meeting with traditional uncomfortable rival and lost the first set (so far Berdych led with 4:3 wins against Murray in the previous games).
Murray started poorly and the second set but after that had his initiative, especially with the excellent performance of the service (7 aces), won the second set, then had no particular problems in the third set.
