Serena Williams qualified for the Open final tennis UK. The semifinals 13-fold champion of Grand Slam won with 6:3, 7:6 (6) 2nd Seeded Victoria Azarenka.
The American, seeded sixth in the main draw, reached 24 aces, a record for Wimbledon. Williams won 20 of 24 possible points on first serve.
In the first set smaller than the Williams sisters made a breakthrough and won with 6:3. In the second part it was tiebreak, which Williams won with hard 8:6.
In the final the representative of United States will face the Polish Agnieszka Radwanska, defeated Angelica Kerber (Germany) with 6:3 6:4.
