The world number one Novak Djokovic (Serbia) started the season with a convincing victory on clay courts, after qualifying for the third round of the series "Masters" in Monte Carlo (Monaco) with a prize of € 2,400,000. Djokovic wins for 88 minutes Andreas Seppi (Italy) with 6:1, 6:4.
The Serbian, who is number 1 in the scheme, led with 4:0 in the first set after only 19 minutes.
