The first U.S. rocket Mardy Fish dropped from the team for the visit of France at the weekend in the quarterfinals of the Davis Cup tournament, an unofficial world team tennis tournament for men.
No. 9-ranked Fish suffer from strong exhaustion and he was advised by the doctors to take a break. He will be replaced with the 66th in the ATP rankings Ryan Harrison.
Thus the first rocket of U.S. in the game will be John Isnar and the team is completed by doubles specialist Bob and Mike Bryan.
The hosts from France also have problems after it became clear that the world number 14 Gael Monfils won't be available because he has problems with stomach muscles.
In the team in his place is included Gilles Simon, who joins to Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Julien Benneteau and Michael Lyodra.
The match between France and U.S. will be played on clay courts in "Monte Carlo Country Club" from 6 to 8 April.
