Spaniard David Ferrer were surprised by the final day of the Masters in London, after defeating world No. 1 Novak Djokovic 6-3, 6-1. The Serb showed little game against Ferrer and lost an hour and 15 minutes, putting into question the continued forward in the tournament. Djokovic, who won his first match Tomas Berdych will have to deal with compatriot Janko Tipsarevic on Friday in the last match of the group to continue in the semifinals. Ferrer, who in 2007 was a finalist in the tournament, beating Andy Murray in his first game, then quit Britain because of injury. Against Djokovic, Ferrer showed inspired game and took full control after the seventh game in a breakout serve a Nole. Djokovic, who won three of four Grand Slam tournaments this year, made 33 unforced errors, especially in the second set in any way failed to oppose the fifth in world rankings.
