Serbian tennis player Janko Tipsarevic beat Poteat Starace 6-7 (6), 6-2, 6-1 in a match of the quarterfinals of the Open Championship St. Petersburg for the semifinals. Tipsarevic is trying to become the first Russian player won the double, after last week's triumph in the tournament in Moscow.
