Bulgarian Tsvetana Pironkova dropped out in the first round of tennis tournament in New Haven after losing Romanian Monica Niculescu with 3:6, 2:6.
This is the 11th tournament of the season in which Tsveti lost from the beginning.
Otherwise, the meeting started well for Pironkova - three break point in the second game, but her opponent managed to escape. Then even samples, and to end once again won the submission of Bulgarian women to take the first set.
