Spaniards Juan Carlos Ferrero and Pablo Anduhar will play for the title of the tennis tournament in the German city of Stuttgart.
Former No. 1 Ferrero beat world Argentine qualifier Federico Del Bonis with 3:6, 6:4, 6:4.
31-year-old Spaniard returned to the court after 2-month absence because of injuries of the wrist and knee, but failed to reach the final.
Del Bonis, which is 240 in world rankings, even before there was neither a victory in his career ATP tournament.
In the other semifinal turned Anduhar involved with the "wild card" Pole Lukasz Kubota 6-4, 3-6, 6-4 after the 2:24 game.
Kubota was a breakthrough advance in 3-2 in the decisive third set, but in the end managed to win only one game and dropped.
