Kostova losses seeded 6, one Galovits (Romania) with 1:6, 7:5, 0:6.
21-year-old Bulgarian still secured 18 points for the WTA rankings and 1520 dollars.
In the doubles competition Kostova and Mandy Minnelli (LU) defeated in the quarterfinals with a 1:6, 2:6 by Galovits and its Ukrainian partner Julia Belgeyzimer.
