World No. 1 Rafael Nadal expressed concern that the leg injury could force him to leave the race for the British Open in tennis.
Defending champion Nadal took Juan Martin del Potro in four now and so qualified for the quarterfinals of "Wimbledon." 25-year-old Spaniard, however, was plagued by injury throughout the match.
Later today, Nadal will take on the scanner.
"I do not know what the problem exactly. You'll get a review to see what it is. There is no way I am not worried, "said Nadal after the match with Del Potro.
"At one point, at the end of the first set, I thought it would have to quit. My forehand was very difficult. I felt something strange in the first set 6:5. I called my coach. Was hard for me, I continued, but with pain in the leg, "added the world number 1.
