The best Bulgarian tennis player Tsvetana Pironkova qualified for second round of the British Open Tennis "Wimbledon." 32 seeded Pironkova defeated the start newcomer Camilla George (Italy) 6-2, 6-1 for 54 minutes. Bulgarian won the first set in 21 minutes after he made two breaks. Pironkova in the second part was even more convincing. After two break she led 5-0 and had no problems until the end. To rank in the second round Bulgarian won 100 points for world ranking and 20,125 pounds. In the second round last year's semi-finalist Pironkova will face the winner of the match between Vania King (USA) Petra Martic (Croatia). If 23-year-old from Plovdiv won the second match in the third round, it almost certainly will face No. 2 in the scheme and the 2010 Vice-champion Vera Zvonareva of Russia in the semi-final replay last season.
