Novak Djokovic reached win number 35 this season and qualified for the semifinals in the Masters tournament in Rome, having smashed twice a finalist at Roland Garros, Swede Robin Soderling, 6:3, 6:0. Second-seeded Serb completed
match for an hour and 15 minutes, but benefit from a thigh injury which does not allow Soderling to play with full strength, inform the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency.
Djokovic, who won six tournaments in 2011 year, currently has the second best start after this legend John McEnroe in 1984-a year when American started with a 42-0 win.
Djokovic will try to play on Sunday his seventh final this season, before it has to cope with Britain's Andy Murray in the final iteration of the Australian Open.
