World No. 2 Novak Djokovic reached the final of the tournament in Belgrade without a game after his opponent in the semifinals Janko Tipsarevic withdrew because of injury in his right foot.
Djokovic will be battling to win his fifth title of the year in his hometown, as his opponent in tomorrow's final will be Spaniard Feliciano Lopez.
On his page on Facebook Djokovic wrote: "Bad news. Yanko had to withdraw from today's match because of muscle injury. I sincerely hope he recovers quickly to the rest of the season on clay. Tomorrow I will try to return the title there where is the place - Serbia.
Lopez reached the final by beating Filippo Volandri 7-6 (3), 6-2. 29-year-old Lopez has not lost a set in their matches so far in the tournament, but none victory over Djokovic in three attempts.
Russian Nikolay Davydenko and German Florian Mayer will meet in the finals of the tournament, the BMW Open in Munich. Davydenko beat Radek Stepanek 6-3, 4-0 and denial, while Mayer keep up with compatriot Philip Pechner 6-3, 6-4.
