Champion of U.S. Open Samantha Stosur (Australia) came in the final of the tournament in the Japanese city of Osaka with a prize fund 220 000 dollars. Seeded Stosur beat a difficult Chinese Tse Chen 7-6 (5), 3-6, 6-3 after the 2:36 game. The two exchanged breaks six, but ultimately Australian won the important points and triumphed. Stosur in the final will face second scheme Marion Bartoli of France. Bartoli deal with the third placed Angelica Kerber (Germany 6-1, 7-6 (5) for 98 minutes. Frenchwoman scored six aces and won 81 percent of the points scored in first serve, and did not allow a breakthrough in the whole game.
