Dutchman Robin Haase won with 6:4, 4:6, 6:1 over Spaniard Albert Montanes and won the tournament in men's tennis in Kitzbuehel, Austria.
Haas, who is number 53 in the ATP rankings, missed most of season after knee surgery, but showed good form against Montanes.
The Dutchman made four aces against his Spanish and get up to five breaks in its filing.
30-year-old Montanes, who beat a seeded Juan Ignacio reading in the semifinals, has lost five and won five tournament finals in the ATP.
