Italian Andreas Seppi won the tennis tournament on grass in the English town of Eastbourne with € 462,675 prize pool.
Seppi beat third-seeded Janko Tipsarevic 7-6 (5), 3:6, 5:3 and reject the Serbian because of injury.
So 27-year-old Italian won the first title of his career in his second final since Gstaad in 2007.
"Certainly for me it's a special moment. I did not expect to win his first title on grass, but I really love to play this surface, "said new champion in Eastbourne.
Seppi won the first set tiebreak and took an early breakthrough advance in the second but allowed twist.
